Nelion Imifos Xynisteri


Produced from the indigenous Cypriot white grape variety Xynisteri. Three vineyards with different altitudes (500 meters, 700 meters and 900 meters above the sea level). The grapes from each vineyard are vinified separately with different winemaking processes in order to have a complexity of aromas and taste at the end blended wine. The wine matures with its fine lees for 4 months and is bottled next spring.
